Citi Developers Partners with Capital Zone to Support Buyers with Mortgage Financing
Citi Developers has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Dubai-based mortgage service provider Capital Zone to make property financing easier and more accessible for prospective homebuyers in the UAE.
The agreement was signed at the Citi Developers Sales Center. Through this partnership, buyers will be able to access mortgage consultations, compare lending options and receive assistance with their mortgage applications.
Mortgage Support Through Digital Platforms
The new mortgage facility will be integrated into the Citi Developers customer app and its AI-powered chatbot. This integration will allow prospective buyers to explore financing support through a convenient digital experience.
Capital Zone will provide consultations, comparisons between lenders and guidance throughout the mortgage process, from initial pre-approval to the application stage.
However, all mortgage financing remains subject to the eligibility requirements and approval procedures of individual lenders.
Helping Buyers Navigate Property Financing
Shahnawaz Chughtai, Deputy CEO of Citi Developers, said the partnership aims to provide customers with access to specialist mortgage guidance alongside the company's existing customer support services.
Gourav Pahwa, CEO of Capital Zone Mortgage Broker, said the collaboration would help simplify the journey from purchasing a property to becoming a homeowner.
